2019 Priorities and Growth Aspirations
The priorities for Trump Hotels focus on continually improving our Trump branded Hotels. We never settle. And to that end, we are constantly looking for what our customers want, value, appreciate and expect. And, often, that is different by customer and location. Rather than focus fully on general brand standards, we bring true localization specific to each of our Hotels. And, naturally, we always are working to ensure the Never Settle mantra extends beyond physical product and services...but on real, genuine and amazing Hospitality. Our rich history of having exceptional people providing that hospitality will always be a priority. We feel that these priorities should never change. We don't want to do something new as a flavor of the month because another Hotel Company does it. We listen carefully to our associates and guests and make their input our priority. Every year. We will continue to review growth opportunities for the Trump Brand domestically, and as we are very deliberate and vigilant with the brand, we only pursue iconic hotels, in iconic locations in major USA cities (we cannot do International growth during the President's term). So said very simply, our focus is on continuing our tradition of unparalleled product and service."
