PRINCIPALS

Donald E. Stephenson, Chairman, is an international hotelier with more than 40 years experience.

Prior to co-founding Global Hospitality Resources®, Inc., he was Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of ITT Sheraton Corporation.

Stephenson holds a B.S. in business administration and a law degree from the University of Kansas.

About Us

Robert G. Harp, CCIM, President, has specialized in the hospitality industry since 1987.  He serves on the Program Steering Committee for the Americas Lodging Investment Summit, the Caribbean Hotel & Tourism Investment Conference, the Hotel Investment Conference Asia Pacific, the Central America Tourism & Hotel Investment Exchange, Hotel Investment Forum India, and is Program Chair for the annual San Diego Hospitality Industry Outlook.

Harp, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is a past president of the San Diego CCIM Chapter and a current Board member. He is a founding director and past president of the Commercial Realtors Association, San Diego County. Harp holds a B.A. in economics from Wheaton College (IL), a M.A. in communications from Wheaton Graduate School (IL), & a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary (TX).
