Donald E. Stephenson is an international hotelier with more than 40 years experience. Prior to co-founding Global Hospitality Resources®, Inc., he was Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of ITT Sheraton Corporation. Stephenson holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a law degree from the University of Kansas.

Robert G. Harp, CCIM, has specialized in the hospitality industry since 1987. Harp, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is a past president of the San Diego CCIM Chapter and a founding director and past president of the Commercial Realtors Association, San Diego County. He currently serves as Program Chair for the annual San Diego Hospitality Industry Outlook (now in its 20th year) and as an adjunct professor in the MBA program at Point Loma Nazarene University (CA). Harp holds a B.A. in Economics and a M.A. in Communications from Wheaton College (IL), a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary (TX) and a D.Min. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Workplace Leadership and Business Ethics (MA).
